  • On OS X, the Summary console window now quits properly from the dock and when logging out.
  • On OS X, an HTTP client aborting a connection could abort processing or crash Summary.

  • Average View Time is now available as an optional column in date reports.
  • Added Windows Vista and Windows Smartphone platform detection. Vista was getting reported as XP and Smartphone was getting detected as CE.
  • Now writes SFTP connection error messages into the log file.
  • Reduced the frequency of "unable to access database" errors during DNS lookups.

  • New Mac OS X native version of Summary.
  • Mac OS 8/9 and Sun SPARC are no longer supported starting with this release.
  • Added seven new time period reports, Hourly-Yearly Visits, with new One Page Visits, Tracked Visits (Plus, SP Lite, & SP only), Search Visits, and Robot Visits columns.
  • Added Total View Time to the Daily-Yearly Metrics reports.

  • Added a new report 'Compare Time Periods'. This report allows you to compare totals between two arbitrary time periods. Available in Summary Plus, SP Lite, and SP.
  • It is now possible to override the Report Menu with custom HTML as was already possible for the Overviews in Summary SP Lite and SP only.
  • 1-page-visits are now correctly subtracted out from enters. Enters and exits now both consistently only count multi-page visits.
  • It is now possible to disable the Program Status report. Also, it now shows on the report menu unless disabled. Used to only appear for the configuration name/password user.
