[Summary-Talk] log downloading: PASV mode?

Does Summary use PASV mode when downloading logs?

I'm not able to get the log downloading function to work in Summary Plus:

1- Enable log downloading is enabled in the Log Downloading preferences 
screen
2- the subreport's settings are:

URL to download from: ftp://206.253.219.22:21/clientdomain.com/W3SVC3/*.gz
Store downloads in sub-folder named: clientname.com


When I run the processing, Summary states:

Getting directory for: 'ftp://206.253.219.22:21/clientdomain.com/W3SVC3/'
/process for 24.70.28.228 OK!


but never downloads anything, instead timing out, and continuing on with 
its normal processing.

Ideas?
