When you are not in incremental mode, Summary reports on everything that 
is in Summary's Logs folder, and nothing else. Presumably your old log 
file(s) are still there. You can take a look at the General:Log Files 
report to see which log files Summary is seeing and what dates it thinks 
they cover.
