[Summary-Talk] processing multiple logs problems

OK- I've got problems :)

I've got summary processing a web*4 log file from the local log folder 
on the summary machine, and it works just fine.  All the sub-reports 
seem to work great.
If I process 3 days of logs files, all the sub reports show stats for 
three days.
But when I then try and have summary download a log file from the 
apache server and process it, it seems to process it for ALL the sub 
reports.

Here's what happens:
I have summary processing  3 days of local web*4 log files as well as 
ftp and download an Apache log file that has 100 days of info in it for 
1 domain, put it into a sub folder in the log folder, and process the 
logs.

When I do this, ALL the sub domains show stats for 100 days, with 
information for both their respective domains as well as info for the 
one domain in the apache file...

Obviously, I'm missing a setting somewhere.

Any ideas?
