[Summary-Talk] Failed Request report

Hi,

I'm running the trial version of Summary 2.3.3 on Mac 10.2.3 running 
iTools 6.5.7.  When I look at the Failed Requests report, my #1 error 
lists "/content/undefined" as the request.  What exactly does this 
mean?  All of the other errors listed are for files that don't exist, 
so I'm really scratching my head on this.
