[Summary-Talk] Hour of the week report?

Our data centre administrators have asked whether we could report on the 
usage by hour within the week so they could schedule backups/reboots etc. 
when usage is lowest.
We nicely have  hour of day and day of week reports,  but a report 
showing 
hour within week (Sun 0-1, Sun 1-2 ... Sat 23-23) would be very useful as 
well.
