As shipped, the Visitors:Visitors:Peak Days report is sorted by visits, with larger numbers of visits at the top. The Time:Daily report shows much the same information but in date order. You can configure the sort order of either report by going to the report and clicking on the wrench icon at the top of the report. That will give you the report configuration page where you can set the sorting you would like to see.
