[Summary-Talk] User cannot connect to :9000 port

I have a user who cannot connect their Summary account at
www.theirdomain.com:9000

They could hook up until about a month ago. I am trying to figure out why
they cannot hook up. They get an error "page not found."

Could this be a firewall issue or a security issue like the network will 
not
let users hook up to a port? Any other causes I am overlooking?

Any ideas?
