If other people can access that copy of Summary from other places then it 
is most likely a firewall issue. This could be a personal firewall 
running on her machine or something related to her site (a 
firewall/Internet gateway issue). If she is accessing from a large 
company I would expect it to be her company firewall. If it is a home 
machine I would look for personal firewall software installed on the 
machine.
