If other people can access that copy of Summary from other places then it is most likely a firewall issue. This could be a personal firewall running on her machine or something related to her site (a firewall/Internet gateway issue). If she is accessing from a large company I would expect it to be her company firewall. If it is a home machine I would look for personal firewall software installed on the machine.
