That is an interesting theory. Something along those lines could be 
happening, but there has to be another step in the chain for Summary to 
pick it up as a search phrase. The URL you quote would not trigger 
Summary's search phrase detection, so something must have encoded it as 
part of a larger URL. It is that larger URL we need to find.
