There is no completely easy way to get this to happen, but there are several ways you could setup your system to get that effect with a bit of work. You could set a starting date on their sub-report to the start of the month. The main problem with this is that you need to update the starting date each month. You could remove their old logs from Summary's Logs folder each month. This could be scripted to happen automatically. A more drastic approach is to turn on "Incremental every hour, regular on schedule", set the schedule to process on the first of the month, and set "Number of days to include (0 means all)" to one. That will affect all sub-reports. All of these approaches require that you not be running in incremental mode, although the last one is very nearly the same as incremental mode. For example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system. -- Peter van der Linden, Expert C Programming, Deep C Secrets ------------- Go to <http://summary.net/list.html> to update subscription info.
