[Summary-Talk] Ignore Entry Goals

Would it be difficult to create option to not count goals if they occur as the first non-filtered request during a visit?

This would facilitate analyzing ecommerce sites, departmental reporting, and any site where you wanted to ignore aggressive search engines that dump visitors directly onto the goal page.
