[Summary-Talk] column checkboxes for report exporting

an idea... on each report, above each column, could you provide a 
checkbox that indicates whether or not the column should be included when 
exporting the report. this gives more latitude for exploration to the 
individual user, something I encourage.

(initially, all checkboxes would be preselected, so clicking on Save 
Report as ... will result in the standard behavior.)
