[Summary-Talk] Bandwidth By Sub Report Problem

I'm running Summary SP 2.3.3 on OS X (normal GUI version).  I have 
tried disabling the "bandwidth by sub-report" report, but it still 
remains on in the report menu.  Is this a known problem that was 
fixed with a newer version maybe?
