It is more polite not to use all capitals in the subject line. Please try 
to use lowercase, or mixed case, in the future.

This is probably a bug in the FTP server that you are downloading the log 
files from. Some versions of the WebSTAR FTP server have this problem, as 
do a few other less common FTP servers. It is also possible that the 
contents of the logs getting downloaded really do change completely every 
day.
