That error means that Summary's database has become corrupt. This 
normally only happens when there is a power failure while Summary is 
processing logs, or something like that. After getting that error, if you 
are using incremental mode, you should load a backup (on the Tools 
configuration page).

If that is happening every time you launch Summary, even after exiting 
cleanly, then there must be a bug. To trace the problem I will need to be 
able to duplicate the exact circumstances here.
