[Summary-Talk] Hosts (visitors) to ignore

I am using Summary Pro version 2.3.5 and am having trouble with the hosts 
to
ignore. I have tried both of the Host addresses (column 1 & 2) from the 
Host
with IP page, but the host still shows up.

Any suggestions?
