Yes.

Not by default. If you want a report with everything in it you will have 
to create on manually, just include all domains and all requests in the 
sub-report.

It is best to setup the log downloading for each domain in the sub-report 
that is reporting on that domain.

Incremental processing will remember all of the historic information. 
Many people don't bother keeping log archives, though many people do.

Summary doesn't really do log archiving, old logs will get overwritten in 
that situation. If you want to keep historical copies of all of your logs 
you will need to find some other way of setting that up.

I hope your provider also offers you yesterdays log as well as todays 
log, otherwise you are going to miss some log entries. If you don't have 
both today and yesterday, then when the log gets reset at the start of 
the day you will miss a few log entries.
