(from 12 am on.) Any thoughts on what may be >happening? That error, Server Error, means that the web server returned a 400 series error, but not one of the obvious ones like 401, 403, or 404, when Summary went to download the file. I have never seen that happen before. It is possible that the error was caused by something transient, like the server being overloaded, and will not repeat. You should check to see if it does that ever time or only once in a while. It is also possible that there was actually a problem with your name/password and the server returned a non-standard error code, so you should double check those (if they are required). >Side note: the logs are availible to us also as the .gz files at >http://x.x.x.x/stats/old_access_log.2003Aug.gz Would we have to >reconfigure the sub report each month to grab that month's file? Yes, unless you can also access the logs through FTP. FTP downloads allow starnames. For example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system. -- Peter van der Linden, Expert C Programming, Deep C Secrets ------------- Go to <http://summary.net/list.html> to update subscription info.
