If you have Summary Plus or Summary SP you can use the export as spreadsheet feature to get whatever information you want. Export as spreadsheet works using the icon that looks something like a 3D bar chart that is at the top of each report. Microsoft Excel workbooks can be setup to automatically fetch the most recent information from Summary, or to update on request, if you want. Other programs can often be setup to automatically get new data with a little scripting.
