Jason,

Out of the blue sumamry is now giving me an error message that says
"processing can't reacquire database" any ideas? It grinds to a halt and
crashes out?

Jane

Jason :
Is there any way to export the database to a readable format? We
would like to integrate the results from the summary into a report that
takes information from different sources.

Thanks, Pablo

If you have Summary Plus or Summary SP you can use the export as
spreadsheet feature to get whatever information you want. Export as
spreadsheet works using the icon that looks something like a 3D bar chart
that is at the top of each report. Microsoft Excel workbooks can be setup
to automatically fetch the most recent information from Summary, or to
update on request, if you want. Other programs can often be setup to
automatically get new data with a little scripting.

Good Luck

Dr. Seuss books . . . can be read and enjoyed on several levels. For
example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed
as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system.
