[Summary-Talk] file size limits

I seem to have reached a file size limit of some sort.

A client supplies a series of .zip files, each .zip file being about
825mb.

Inside each 825mb file are 18 files, ranging in uncompressed size from
400-900mb.

The total uncompressed size of those 18 files is about 9.6gb

At the moment, I only have 6.2gb unused space on this system, new servers
on order.

When I process the files, only about 2.5 days of each .zip file gets
processed. The logs state obviously enough:

Warning: input file larger than 2 Gig, reading truncated at 2 Gig.
Read error on input!

Now, which file that I've spoken about is larger than 2gb? How can I get
around this most easily?
