[Summary-Talk] Use name/password limited sub-report list not working

I've enabled Use name/password limited sub-report list  but the user 
only sees the first report just as if the selection was off.  I 
toggled the selection but no change.  The option to see all the 
sub-reports works if I turn it on.  I'm running Summary Plus 2.3.9
