There are a couple of things that might be happening. The browser will 
occasionally cache an old copy of the report menu, preventing the report 
selection page from appearing. Quitting and relaunching the browser will 
normally clear this. This seems unlikely given that the offer all 
sub-reports option was working for you, but browsers can be inconsistant 
at this and you might just have missed the moment when the correct report 
list would have been offered.

You need to have *exactly* the same user name and password entered into 
each sub-report that you want the user to see. It is possible that you 
have them configured inconsistently. This is a little bit difficult to 
double check, since it is not easy to see what you have entered into the 
password field, and spaces can appear at the end of names/passwords but 
not be obviously visible.
