Summary can't do this by it's self, but you should be able to write a 
script using curl, or something similar, to download the correct report 
from the web interface and e-mail it to where you want it to go.

This is not officially supported, but it is possible in theory. You can 
swap out the summary.conf file while Summary is not running, using a 
shell script, and get an effect along these lines. If you are using 
incremental mode or modify the summary.conf file while Summary is running 
there could be serious problems.
