[Summary-Talk] how to launch app in a shell (osXserver)

this is probably very FAQ, and even OS related, but digging
the archives didnt give me any answers on re-executing
summary remotely when the http port becomes inaccesible
from time to time.

I read lots about a CLI version of summary. Now, I dont
know what license my server is running exactly, only that
its at least SP. Are there two summary app versions now?

Using OSX Server 10.2.8 do I need a different program
version to launch Summary 2.3.6 through a Shell in the
Terminal.app (CLI)?
