I am setting up my own reports for users because they need to be bilingual (English and French). What I would like is a table of report numbers and the titles that go along with them so I can set up a request page in both languages that can then request the correct summary page. This applies to both Overview and Report format output. As well, another small request. When I extract the Excel format out (tabbed columns), it would be nice if the explanation lines were separated from the column headers and data by a single blank line. This should be a configuration option to preserve present format for others. This would allow my VBA macros to easily find the data and format it using Autoformat. I am often writing scripts to take the summary data and add additional information not available in summary (replacing CGI parameters as numerics by true report descriptions, for example). This would make it much easier to make generic scripts.
