Thank you for information about report numbers and titles. I used the 
page 
and edited it to be a look-up with explanations by changing the 
<a name="nn"> </a> <p><b> Report Title </b>
 tags to
<p><a name="nn"  href="http://summaryhost:9000/~subdomain/report/nn"> <b> 
Repot Title </b> </a>

which made each report available from a  copy of Report.html page that 
also explained each report.
It would be nice if Summary actually did this itself, giving a more user 
friendly index to the reports. (the absolute URL could be a relative one 
of href="../report/nn" since the reports page corresponds to each sub 
domain anyway).
