You didn't really say what it was that you wanted Summary to do about this issue. You ought to be able to see which requests are failing in Summary by turning on and looking at the CGI Arguments report. IIS has moved the orginal request into the query string, so they should show up in the CGI Arguments report, if it is turned on.
