There is a report of the overall status of log downloading on the Program
Status report, when viewing the report with the configuration
name/password. There is also a more detailed list of what happened in the
./data/summary.log file (Unix, OSX Command Line, Sun, and Windows
Service) or in the Summary console window (Mac (Carbon) and Windows).

Zero length files on downloads often mean that the remote server timed
out while Summary was trying to download the file.

Dr. Seuss books . . . can be read and enjoyed on several levels. For
example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed
as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system.
