Summary uses some system calls that are not properly supported in the version of the Linux emulator that comes with FreeBSD 4.8. Everything works correctly, as far as we can tell, in the version of the Linux emulator that comes with FreeBSD 4.9. I believe that it is possible to get the new Linux emulator for FreeBSD 4.8 as well, but I am unsure of the prcedure for doing so. It is completely normal for Summary to have several processes running. Jason > I'm running a Summary 2.3.10 on FreeBSD 4.8.
