You have misunderstood the way things work. Summary will read all of the 
logs in sub-folders of folders in Summary's Logs folder automatically, 
you don't need to do anything special. Most importantly, you should never 
use a sub-folder name in "Domains to include in this Sub-report". That 
field sometimes comes from the name of a folder in Summary's Logs folder, 
depending on how you have things configured, but it will never include 
sub-folder names.

What you are calling sub-folders, and Summary calls sub-sub-folders can 
be used as the physical server name, or they can be used for your own 
convenience, but they can not be used with "Domains to include in this 
Sub-report".
