[Summary-Talk] Searching reports for filenames with extended characters

If I go to a report, say report 90, and use the search box to filter
the report for a specific filename with a plus sign (+) in it, such as
bert+ernie.jpg, I find that it's converted to a space somewhere, and no
results show up.

I've tried it with Safari and Camino, same results.

So I try stuffing the URL... same results.

Then I try using the HTTP URL entity for + ... %2b ...
bert%2bernire.jpg, both in the box and in the URL. This didn't do it,
either.

My log files are definitely logging the plus sign in the name, and I
can search for "bert" and see the file I'm after in the list... plus
sign included. So I know it's in there... I just need to figure out how
to tell Summary to look for it.

I'm trying to write a script that fishes out the number of hits for a
specific ad file, and so I'll generally need to provide the filename
(as it's expected to be logged, bad characters and all), and get the
exact result.

How can I work around this?
