[Summary-Talk] Automated Log Downloading

I seem to be having a problem with scheduled log processing in Summary.
I am using version 2.3.10.

I am using incremental log processing and the logs are set to process at
midnight daily.
Summary appears to process the old logs but without downloading any new
log files.
The top of each report reads something like: "Reporting on 321.99 days,
from Jan 01, 2003 12:06AM to Nov 18, 2003 11:59PM. Calculated Nov 25,
2003 03:31PM."

If I click the 'process logs now' then Summary downloads the log files
fine and then processes them. This is the only way I can keep the
reports up to date.
