[Summary-Talk] Login to reports...

My install of Summary is running 6 or 7 reports that are public access
inside our network. I use custom header and footer and do not have any
of the username/password options enabled EXCEPT for the configuration
login. Yet it prompts for user/pass and will accept any user/pass to
view the reports...

Anyone else see this prob ever?
