It doesn't really matter where you put the logs. (As long as they are not
in /private.)

Put an alias to the logs in Summary's logs folder.

You might want to try Auto Configuration, that will do 40 or 50 at a time 
(once you have processed the logs once into a sub-report that reports on 
everything).
