speaking of gaps in service. Are the hit averages etc figured including those gaps? for example, if your log goes back 175 days, but there is a 3 week period in there where for some reason a stupid admin turned logging off accidentally (I'll mention no names)- is the avg figured by the total/ 175 or total/(175-21)? If it is the first: total/175, is there a way to change it to avg just based on the logs that exist?
