Looking at the docs further, I see this happens because I'm changing 
the sub-reports configurations.  As such, is there any way to:

- Make it so this doesn't happen - eg: do the full reprocess ONLY at 
the scheduled time.

- If not, then if I enable Incremental Processing on the main config 
page, does that keep me from being able to make config changes?
