[Summary-Talk] No Referrers in Reports

(My apologies, because this has likely been covered before, but I 
couldn't easily find a solution in the archives)

Problem: No data in Referrers, Platforms, Browsers, or Search Terms 
reports.

Setup:
    Mac OS X Server 10.2.8
    Summary 2.3.10
    Combined Log Format

Here's an example line from today's log:
204.213.244.39 - - [18/Jan/2004:19:14:14 -0500] "GET /middle-east.htm 
HTTP/1.1" 200 - "http://www.peacemakercircle.org/" "Mozilla/4.0 
(compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; Rogers Hi-Speed Internet)"

Obviously, this is kind of important info, and I'm going a little bit 
nuts trying to figure out why these reports aren't giving me anything. 
One possibly important factor: the original logs for the domain were 
standard, not combined. I switched to combined format last Thursday. 
Tips, tricks, questions...any interest would be much appreciated.
