All of these are problems caused by missing the Referrer and Agent fields 
from the log entries.

That log entry is just fine, NCSA Combined format, with the information 
you want to build those reports. The most likely possibility is that 
Summary has not yet seen any of the newer log entries. You should check 
the reporting on dates in the sub-heading of any report to see if they 
include recent log entries.

The Referrer reports could be blank because of mistakes configuring the 
"Other local domain names" field, but nothing similar would cause 
problems for the Browser or Platform reports.

Do you have anything entered in "User log format definition", on the 
Miscellaneous configuration page? An incorrect entry there could cause 
this problem.
