Summary can't process log entries that don't contain dates. There is one exception, that doesn't apply here, Summary can read Microsoft IIS W3C format log files that only contain entries from a single day, even if the individual entries don't have dates. You will need to add the DATE log token to your log files before they will be usable. While you are at it, there is at least one other field that is fairly important missing, BYTES, which is needed if you want to know bytes transferred numbers. Good Luck Jason ----------------- Jason@Summary.Net ----------------- Dr. Seuss books . . . can be read and enjoyed on several levels. For example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system. -- Peter van der Linden, Expert C Programming, Deep C Secrets ------------- Go to <http://summary.net/list.html> to update subscription info.
