"Hosts (visitors) to ignore" filters entries based on the way the host 
name appears in the log file. It is quite likely that these visitors 
appear in the log file by their IP address. You can check by looking at 
the Visitors:Visitors:Hosts with IP report. The "Host (from log)" column 
shows the way the host appears in the log files, which is what your 
filter is matched against. With a little checking, you should be able to 
figure out what IPs they appear under and then filter those out.
