The simplest thing to do is to bring the log files for the one domain you want to keep information on over to the new machine.

However, if you want to save everything in your incremental databas, as long as you continue to run the same "platform" of Summary all of you data can be transferred. That means that when you switch between the Macintosh 8,9,X version of Summary and the OSX Command Line version you can't bring over your incremental database, but as long as you stay with the same version you can.

All you need to do is to bring over the entire contents of the Summary folder, and it's sub-folders, particuarly the Config and Data folders, and make sure that whatever structure you have in the Logs folder remains the same.
