[Summary-Talk] Summary needing to prebind?

I have been seeing this in my logs and wondered if this is normal or an
issue I need to look into. All seems to be running fine.

Mar  4 22:50:01 localhost /usr/libexec/fix_prebinding:
/Applications/summary/summary.app could not be launched prebound.

Mar  4 22:50:01 localhost /usr/libexec/fix_prebinding: The file
/Applications/summary/summary.app changed after the prebinding problem was
noted.

Mar  4 22:50:01 localhost /usr/libexec/fix_prebinding: 2004-03-04 22:50:01
-0600: prebinding for summary.app done.

Mar  4 22:52:01 localhost /usr/libexec/fix_prebinding: fix_prebinding
quitting for now.

Running Summary 2.3.11 Command line version on OSX 10.3.2.
