I wasn't sure what to put in for the preferred domain name, so I just gave it the name of one of the virtual hosts (e.g. www.vh1.org) to be included. In the "Domains to include in this Sub-report" field I just put an * asterisk. Then I processed the logs, and looked at the Details:Domains report. It only listed one domain, along with another line for (Unknown). Does this give you any clues to my problem? I also looked at the log files for the other virtual hosts, and compared them to those of the one VH that is being picked up correctly. The format is the same for all of them, as far as I can tell.
