No. Spike detection will work with existing incremental databases. 
Several of the new reports will not work without reprocessing all logs, 
but spike detection, State/Province reporting, growth columns, 12/24 hour 
time display, readable names for CGI arguments, new e-mailed report 
options, custom overviews/reports, and a few others will work with 
existing incremental databases.
