That error message means that Summary's database is corrupt. There are several things that might have caused that, a power failure, a bug in Summary, killing off one of Summary's processes, disk errors/corruption, bad RAM, etc. You should try loading a recent backup of the database. Go to Summary's Tools page, there is a link on the main configuration page, and pick restore backup, and restore a fairly recent backup. Chances are that this will fix everything. If the error happens again quickly after restoring a backup then there might be a bug in Summary.
