Yes, of course.

If all you want are totals, it sounds like you want to be using the 
physical server feature of Summary. Logs in sub-sub-folders of the logs 
folder get totaled by sub-sub-folder name in the Physical Servers report.

As for the rest of what you asked, you gave us way too little information 
to make any definite comments. It sounds like you are on the right track, 
but it is impossible to tell for sure with only the information you 
supplied. You should try it out and see if Summary gives you the results 
you expect.
