Nothing needs to be in the log files. You need to put the logs into 
separate sub-sub-folders inside the Logs folder. You may need to turn on 
"Always use sub-folder name as server name", on the Options configuration 
page, but it is rare that that is needed. And of course, after making any 
change like this you need to reprocess the logs.

The first level of folders in the Logs folder can be used for the domain 
name.

The second level of nested folders in the Logs folder can be used for the 
physical server name.
