[Summary-Talk] Scheduled processing has stopped....

All of a sudden my nightly processing has stopped. (3:00 a.m.) I am 
in in incremental mode, and running 2.3.10 on a Windows 2000 server 
in service mode. I have had to manually tell summary to process logs 
now for 3 days in a row. What is going on? Anyone have a clue?
